slides: Chief Gemme Joins Social Media Disaster List

Saturday, April 14, 2012

Worcester's own Chief Gary Gemme has joined the list of politicians who get a little caught up in Twitter blunders. GoLocalWorcester has written a number of articles about the embattled Chief and his leadership as well and has filed a range of public information requests. The press scrutiny seems to have got the Chief a little hot under the badge and he took it out in a strange morning Tweet on Friday calling for GoLocal's demise.

So much for protect and serve. Check a few other public officials whose Tweets have gotten them in trouble.
