The Department of Public Works & Parks (DPW&P) advises motorists that there will be traffic delays at the following locations where resurfacing or sewer related construction activity will take place during the week of August 8, 2016. The usual hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Roadway Resurfacing Related Work

• Ashmore Road - Entire Length from Pleasant St. Southerly
• Ashburnham Road - Kenwood Ave. to End
• Barclay Street - Harrison St. to Dorchester St.
• Cambridge Street - Canterbury St. Southbridge St.
• Camp Street - Cambridge St. to End
• Cranston Street - Rochelle St. to End
• Faraday Street - Lancaster Terr. to Humboldt Ave.
• Franconia Street - June St. to Howland Terr.
• Franklin Street - Portland St. to McGrath Blvd.
• Hamilton Street - Dupont St. to Coburn Ave.
• Harrison Street - Providence St. to Barclay St.
• Hingham Road - Stoneleigh Rd. to End
• Howland Terrace - Wetherell St. to Franconia Rd.
• Hunthurst Circle - Chandler St. to Glendale St.
• Jacques Avenue - Wellington St. to Piedmont St.
• Major Taylor Boulevard - Foster St. to Lincoln Sq.

Will be resurfaced starting on Monday, August 8th through August 10th from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM each day.

• Maxdale Road - Cardinal Rd. to Pinnacle St.
• North Lake Avenue - Sonoma Dr. to Nana Trail

Construction started Wednesday, August 3rd. This section of the road will be closed for approximately the next 4 months.

• Salem Street - Franklin St. to Myrtle St.
• Shrewsbury Street - Washington Sq. to Belmont St.
