Dead Body Found on Mass. Turnpike in Auburn

Investigators are asking for the public’s help after a body was found on the westbound side of the Massachusetts Turnpike near exit 10 in Auburn on Wednesday night, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

The body was reported at approximately 10 p.m. on Wednesday and has not been identified.

The death is being investigated by the State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, State Police Crime Scene Services and Auburn Police.
