Erika Murray entered not-guilty pleas to two counts each of murder, assault and battery on a child, reckless endangerment, and animal cruelty. She also plead not guilty to fetal death concealment.
The judge ordered Murray to be held without bail and her case will be continued to February 4.
Nearly two weeks ago, Murray, who was found to have three dead infants in her Blackstone home was indicted on two murder charges. Her boyfriend, Raymond Rivera was also charged with two counts of assault and battery on children.
Before Monday's arraignment, she wasbeing held on a $1 million bail and had been charged with fetal death concealment, witness intimidation and permitting substantial injury to a child. The grand jury added the charges of murder after concluding their investigation.
In September, law enforcement officials began investigation claims of three dead infants in Murray's home on St. Paul Street. What they found was four children between the ages of 13 and less than one-year-old were found living in the rat infested home.

DA Early Confirms 3 Dead Infants Found

Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early has confirmed that Law Enforcement officials are investigating the discovery of three dead infants in Blackstone, MA.
Blackstone officials have confirmed that the house on St. Paul Street in the site.
Four children of varying ages have been taken into custody by DCF. They are ages 6 months, 3, 10, and 13-years old, but it has been disclosed if they are all of the same family.

3 Dead Infants Found in Blackstone Home

A Blackstone woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the deplorable and dangerous living conditions found at her home at St. Paul St. – a house that is a few doors down from the police station - which led to police finding the remains of three infants within.
Blackstone Police Chief Ross Atstupenas announced that Erika Murray, 31, of Blackstone will be arraigned later today in Uxbridge District Court. She is charged with fetal death concealment out of wedlock, witness intimidation, animal cruelty, and two counts of permitting substantial injury to a child.

Home is 2 Doors Down from Police Station

The Blackstone home where four children were found to be living in squalor and where the remains of three infants were found is located a stones-throw away from the police station that responded to the scene of the crime.
According to a Google Maps search, the home –located at 23 St. Paul Rd. – is 200 ft, about a one-minute walk, from the Blackstone Police station.

Dead Babies Were Found Fully Clothed

Troubling new details have surfaced in regards to the horrifying conditions found inside a Blackstone home where three infants were found dead last month.
According to Assistant District Attorney John Bradley – who presented the Commonwealth’s evidence against Ericka Murray, the mother of the three children – at least two of the dead babies found were clothed and had been alive for some period of time.
“They found a skeleton of a young baby with a fairly full head of hair that was literally stuffed inside a backpack,” Bradley explained to the judge. “The smell of human and animal feces was overwhelming. There was trash throughout the home.”

Blackstone Mother Indicted for Murder

Erika Murray, the mother who was found to have three dead infants in her Blackstone home has been indicted on two murder charges. Her boyfriend, Raymond Rivera was also charged with two counts of assault and battery on children.
Both Murray and Rivera have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
