African Ed Program
Help African Community Education Program support African refugee youth!
Become an After School Program volunteer with the African Community Education Program and help African immigrant and refugee youth in your community!
This program provides students in grades 5-12 with support, learning opportunities and structured activities during out of school hours. Volunteers can serve as tutors or assist with workshops and recreational activities Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. For information visit www.acechildren.com.
Lend your voice at Audio Journal and learn broadcast skills!
Volunteering at Audio Journal is a rewarding experience for people wanting to lend a hand, or voice, to people who are blind or for any other reason unable to see or hold visual information. Volunteers read from local newspapers, books and magazines at our broadcast studios on West Boylston Street in Worcester.

Children's Friend in Worcester is training volunteers to be group facilitators!
Children's Friend in Worcester, the oldest child and family service agency in Central Mass, is looking for volunteers to be trained as group facilitators for The Carriage House, a free grief support program for kids and families.

Nature lovers needed to volunteer at Mass Audubon sanctuary in Worcester!
Friendly, outgoing and customer oriented volunteers are needed to greet and guide visitors, answer phones and periodically walk the trails to remain familiar and knowledgeable about the sanctuary. A genuine interest in nature is important and being ready to learn more.

The Habitat for Humanity-MetroWest/Greater Worcester ReStore is a retail outlet that accepts donated goods and sells them at a fraction of regular retail prices, 100% of the proceeds from these sales go right back into their home building efforts! Volunteer opportunities at ReStore include: customer service, sorting donations, merchandizing and more!

Volunteers at Andy’s Attic help cloth families in need!
Andy's Attic, an organization that provides gently used clothing for teenagers and their families, is looking for volunteers to help sort clothing, organize shelves and put together bags of clothing for local families in need. Volunteers put together a package of clothing including new socks and underwear, shoes/sneakers a coat and a weeks worth of clothing. "Jeans, tees, hoodies, socks, shoes and sneakers can lead to a smile...."
