In Case You Missed It: New England’s Top Public High Schools

Central Massachusetts's own AMSA Charter School was ranked #4 in New England.

With back to school looming in New England, it's the perfect time to look at the 50 public, charter, and technical high schools that top the region for highest achievement.

Utlizing the assessment tools from US News & World Report's annual Best High Schools rankings, GoLocalWorcester compiled the ultimate New England list of the best of the region. These Top 50 schools reveal the incredible diversity of size and location of those schools that are topping the rankings nationally.

Massachusetts dominated the top 50 rankings, with 26 of the 50 schools on the list being located in the Bay State. Many more Massachusetts schools, however, were ranked nationally by US News & World report, and deserve honorable mention.
