ISIS Claims Responsibility for Death of Nearly 130 People in Syria

ISIS is claiming responsibility for a string of bombings that hit Damascus and Homs on Sunday killing almost 130 people. The deadly attacks come in the wake of John Kerry's announcements of an upcoming cease fire.
