Man Arrested After Damaging Front Doors at Union Station

Ismael Torres was charged with Loitering and Malicious Destruction of Property over the Value of $250.00
The Incident
On Saturday, April 14, at approximately 3:00 a.m., A Worcester Police officer assigned to the Union Station precinct was monitoring the building security cameras. At this time the officer saw a man by the front doors pulling on the handles and kicking at the door glass.
The officer noticed that one of the doors was getting damaged by the relentless kicking.
The two officers assigned to the sub-station approached the male outside and inquired about the damaged property. The man was identified as Ismael Torres, 31, of 58 Charlton Street.
Torres appeared intoxicated and laughed when told that he was being arrested for the damaged door.
