AMSOIL Arenacross kicks off Friday at the DCU Center, and a second night of competition follows on Saturday, January 4.

Doors open at 6 P.M. on Friday, and ProRacing begins at 7 PM.  Tickets range from $10 for kids 2-12, and $20-$25 for adults.

On Saturday January 4, DCU is host to a Monster Energy Track Party from 5 to 6 PM.  Tickets are $10, or free with a recycled Monster Energy can.  Racing follows at  7 PM; ticket prices are the same as Friday.

On Sunday, doors open at 8 A.M. for amateur racing, which starts at noon.  General admission is $15 for adults and $10 for kids.

Honoring First Responders

On Saturday, January 4, during the opening round of the 2014 season at the DCU, a pair of motorcycle officers representing the entire Worcester PD will be acknowledged for their efforts and the selflessness of all public safety members during opening ceremonies inside the DCU Center.

A special racing jersey commemorating “Boston Strong” will be presented to the officers and for the thousands of fans in attendance from Massachusetts born rider Robby Marshall, of Stow. Additionally, Marshall will showcase his native pride with special “Boston Strong” livery on his Motorsports Nation KTM motorcycle.

“I am proud to be a member of the great state of Massachusetts and find myself humbled at the opportunity to present a gift to some of the most brave men and women in the world,” said Marshall. “This will be the opportunity of a lifetime for me.”

As part of this alignment between AMSOIL Arenacross and the Worcester PD, all members of the Worcester PD and their families will receive complimentary admission to the race. Additionally, the entire Worcester PD network will be offered an exclusive discount.

Tickets

Tickets are available at the DCU Center Box Office, online at http://www.Ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 800-745-3000. All tickets $2 more day of show, and additional fees may apply.

All 12 rounds of the 2014 AMSOIL Arenacross season will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1, in addition to re-airs on Fox Sports 2.
