NEW: Gas Prices Up Again in Massachusetts
Monday, March 26, 2012
The March 26th survey found that self-serve, regular unleaded is going for an average of $3.76 and 9/10 in Massachusetts. This is a jump of three cents from last week, and eight cents from a month ago. Still, the price does come in 13 cents below the national average of $3.89 a gallon.
This time last year, the Massachusetts average was $3.46. AAA found that the range in prices in their latest survey was 26 cents, with a low of $3.63 and a high of $3.89. AAA is advising drivers to shop around for the best prices in their area, since there is such a wide range.
