The storm is expected to begin battering the region early Monday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning with gusts up to 65 miles per hour for Central Mass from 6:00a.m. Monday until 6:00a.m. Tuesday and a flood watch with rainfall of 1.5 to 3 inches expected from 8:00a.m. Monday until 2:00p.m. Tuesday.
