Senator Chandler Collecting Food For Worcester Food Pantries
Wednesday, October 22, 2014
The goods will be distributed to the Worcester County Food Bank, the Saint John’s Food Panty, and the food pantry at Saint Peter’s/Saint Andrew’s Parish.
“Fall is known as the harvest season. It is a time of year we should remember those in our communities experiencing hunger,” said Senator Chandler. “With so many people who stop by our office and shop at the Halloween Outlet it is a great opportunity to give back. We ask you to help us.”
Donations will be accepted seven days a week from the hours of 10am to 8 pm. Those seeking more information on the effort should feel free to call the Campaign Headquarters at 508-926-8940.
