Supreme Court Reverses Decision Denying Lesbian Adoption

The Supreme Court unanimously reversed the decision on an Alabama Courts' refusal to recognize a same-sex adoption on Monday.
The Court upheld a challenge brought by an Alabama woman after an Alabama court refused to recognized the adoption she and her former lesbian partner were granted in Georgia.
