Massachusetts has seen an increase in insurance claims that are flagged as questionable, based on National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) data from 2010-2012.

These Questionable Claims (QC) are those claims that NICB member insurance companies refer for closer review and investigation based on one or more indicators of possible fraud.
