The Incident

On Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at approximately 3:30 PM, Worcester Police respond to a Blake Street apartment for a report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Upon arrival, police met with two victims, one a 55-year-old female, the second victim is a 53-year-old man. The female victim had a swollen forehead and cuts on her knees. The officers also noticed two wooden spindles on the floor in the common hallway. It appears that the spindles came from the railing in the common hallway.

As the male victim approached the residence the three entered the main hallway and locked the door. The male victim unlocked the door and entered the common hallway.

Once inside the hallway he was attacked by one of the men. The men punched the victim and pushed him to the floor. The fight eventually ended up inside his apartment. The female victim was inside and was struck in the face by the female suspect. The two victims began to push the suspects out of their apartment when one of the male suspects punched the female in the face. The female suspect was seen to be in possession of a handgun and a Taser. The three suspects eventually left the apartment.

While the victims were talking with police the suspects were seen coming back to the location. Officers approached the three. The officers had conversation with the three and then placed them under arrest.
