At this time one of the vice officers observed a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta pull to the side of the road at the mentioned intersection. The vice officer recognized the female driver due to past drug related interactions. The driver was identified as Rucci, 29-years-old of 480 Mendon Street, Uxbridge.
