Two Men Arrested for Heroin and Cocaine Trafficking in Sturbridge

On Tuesday night, Massachusetts State Police arrested Jose Javier Rosado-Rabell, 30 of Lynn, and Miguel Rodriguez, 40, of Lawrence, after Trooper Sergio Figueiredo stopped their 2005 Acura TL on Route 84 East in Sturbrige for motor vehicle operations.
According to MSP, Rosado-Rabell originally provided a false name and a forged identification and was driving with a suspended license. Further investigation led to the discovery of heroin and cocaine inside the vehicle.
Both men were charged with:
1. Trafficking in Heroin
2. Trafficking in Cocaine
3. Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws
ROSADO-RABELL was additionally charged with:
1. Marked Lanes Violation
2. Speeding
3. Providing a False Name
4. Forge/Misuse and RMV Document
5. Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License
Bail was set at $50,000.00 for ROSADO-RABELL and $25,000.00 for RODRIGUEZ.
