Undercover Prostitution & John Sting Results in 7 Arrests

The first arrest occurred around 6:15 a.m. and lasted a few hours ending at 10:55 a.m. Officers were undercover and working as decoys by portraying themselves as participants in the sex trade business. As a a result of that the following were arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee:
Fred Urena, 45-years-old of 31 Queen Street, Worcester.
Joseph Madden, 26-years-old of 310 Mill Street, Lancaster.
Douglas Konadu, 48-years-olld of 13 Gates Street, Worcester.
Gil Falcon, 38-years-old of 8 Hitchcock Road, Worcester.
Emmanuel Teye, 54-years-old of 201 Providence Street, Worcester.
In addition to those five, police also arrested Emid Bueno, 37, of Worcester at 9:20 a.m. At the time of his arrest, Bueno was operating a silver colored Ford Focus and approached an undercover female officer that was standing by Main and Gardner Streets. Bueno offered money to the decoy officer in exchange for sex.
After having a conversation with Bueno, the officer gave a predetermined signal to nearby undercover officers to approach the vehicle. As Bueno drove off to meet with the decoy at an agreed upon location, the officers attempted to stop the vehicle.
The Chase & Arrest
The Ford came to a stop on Hathaway Street and officers boxed it in, announcing their presence and approaching the vehicle. Bueno panicked and drove up on the sidewalk and over a curb in an effort to flee, but instead he damaged his vehicle rendering it inoperable.
Bueno got out of he vehicle and fled on foot. Officers chased him as he approached a three foot high fence and decided to jump it head first. Bueno landed on his face and upper body.
Officers scaled the fence and observed that Bueno was slow to get up, also noticing that his pants had fallen to his knees when he jumped the fence, causing him delay.
Officers pushed Bueno to the ground and attempted to handcuff him but noticed that he was chewing and trying to swallow a plastic bag containing cocaine. Officers fail in preventing him from swallowing the narcotics but did secure him.
Police then called Worcester EMS to response to the scene to treat Bueno for the ingested narcotics. Bueno became nauseous and vomited the plastic bag contain gin the cocaine.
Officers charged Bueno with sexual conduct for a fee, possession of a class b substance with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest.
Females Arrested
Four additional females were detained but they were provided the opportunity to seek a treatment facility in lieu of arrest. Three women chose to seek treatment, the fourth, Sharon Perry, was placed under arrest for being a Common Nightwalker.
All suspects will be arraigned on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Worcester County District Courthouse
