UPDATED: Victim in Canterbury Street Hit & Run Not Cooperating with Police

The victim provided officers with three different names, none of which officers were unable to confirm any identity for.
After some time, the victim's true identity was obtained but will not be released due to the victim not cooperating. As a result of the victim not cooperating, officers have had trouble attempting to notify family members.
Worcester Police have released that victim has addresses in both Clinton and Worcester.
The victim is in stable condition with lower leg and pelvic trauma.
The Incident
Worcester Police were called to the scene near the address of 225 Canterbury Street.
Upon arrival, they found the victim lying in the middle of the southbound lane. The victim was taken to the hospital.
Searching For Suspect
Police are still looking for possibly a gray or black sedan, headlights with LED underneath and the vehicle should have front end and lower spoiler damage, according to police.
Police Asking for Help
The investigation is ongoing.
