We’re #2!: Lowell Dethrones Worcester for Snowiest City in America

On Thursday morning, Goldensnowglobe.com reported that Lowell had 103.9 inches of snow. Right on its heels is Worcester at 103.8 inches.
Worcester had been the snowiest city in the U.S. since February 9. According to multiple reports, more snow is heading towards Worcester this coming weekend.
After Wednesday's snowfall, Boston also took a step back one spot and is now the fourth snowiest city in America behind Buffalo, New York.
Here are the current Top Ten Snowiest Cities in the U.S.:
1. Lowell, MA - 103.9 inches
2. Worcester, MA - 103.8 inches
3. Buffalo, NY - 98.7 inches
4. Boston, MA - 96.3 inches
5. Erie, PA - 94.1 inches
6. Syracuse, NY - 89.1 inches
7. Rochester, NY - 80.2 inches
8. Grand Rapids, MI - 73.1 inches
9. South Bend, IN- 68.6 inches
10. Providence, RI- 55.1 inches
