Worcester Changes Venues for Last Three Race Discussions

Wednesday, June 17, 2015

The final three locations for Worcester's Community Discussions on Race have been changed to alternative venues.

As part of the seven-week series of discussions, the final three events have been moved in response to participants requesting more space and better acoustics. The next two discussions, Monday 6/22 and Monday 6/29, will now take place at Worcester Technical High School. A free WRTA shuttle will be available from Belmont Street.

The final discussion will take place at the DCU Center's Showcase Corner at the corners of MLK Jr. and Major Taylor Boulevards. Free parking will be available at the Major Taylor Boulevard parking garage at 30 Major Taylor Boulevard.

Each discussion will run from 6 PM to 8 PM. A free meal will be provided at 5 PM.
