Worcester Man Arrested After Damaging Crystal Park With an ATV

Worcester police have arrested Francisco Torres, 42, of Worcester after he damaged Crystal Park with an ATV on Wednesday, April 20 at 7:20 p.m. 

Upon arrival at the scene, police observed Torres riding the ATV recklessly throughout the park doing "donuts" on the grass. Officers then saw extensive damage to the park grounds that was caused again by Torres. 

Police placed Torres under arrest and charged him with trespassing with a motorized vehicle, defacement of public property and operating a recreational vehicle negligently. 

Torres was arraigned on Thursday in Worcester County District Courthouse.
