The Incident
On Friday, May 26, members of the Worcester Police Vice Squad possessed a search warrant for 8 Knox Street in Worcester and for a 2007 Acura TL. The target of the warrant was McIntire.
The search warrant was the result of a joint undercover drug investigation involving members of WPD Vice Squad, Gang Unit and the Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit.
During the investigation an undercover trooper made two controlled drug buys from Mr. McIntire. Each time after the purchase was made the substance was field tested positive for heroin. Both purchases were from inside Mr. McIntire’s Acura TL.

The Acura TL was followed to McIntire’s place of employment in Oxford. The woman and McIntire were seen talking. Once Officers confirmed that the woman was talking to McIntire, the troopers and officers approached him and placed him under arrest. McIntire and the woman were taken back to his home so that he could be present during the execution of the search warrant.
A search of the car produced 3 Oxycodone pills, a cell phone, a bag containing heroin, a digital scale and a wallet belonging to Mr. McIntire.
