After about 30 seconds, Riani exited the Rav4 and re-entered her vehicle before pulling out of the parking lot.
Members of the Vice Squad stopped the Infiniti a short distance away. Riani attempted to pull away from officers at the scene and kicked one of the officers in the leg. Eventually, officers were able to place her into handcuffs. They were then able to recovered 4 knotted bags of heroin from Riani.
