Worcester Police in Search of Man Who Robbed Shell Station at Knifepoint

The suspect was described as a light-skinned male, about 5’7” with an average build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black mask, black leather gloves and armed with a black-handled knife.
The Incident
On August 21 at about 5:40 a.m., Worcester Police officers were sent to the Shell Station at 721 Southbridge St for a report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses.
They reported that a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a black mask had just robbed the store at knifepoint.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned male, about 5’7” with an average build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black mask, black leather gloves and armed with a black-handled knife.
After entering the store, the man pulled out his knife and demanded money. He waved the knife at the store employee in an aggressive manner. The man took money and fled on foot.
