Worcester Police Searching for Suspects After Shots Were Fired on Freemont St

Worcester police are searching for suspects after shots were fired on Freemont Street on Thursday night. The shots that were fired damaged the windows of two separate apartments but no injuries were reported. 

The Incident 

On Thursday, June 23 at approximately 8:10 p.m. police responded to the area of 130 Freemont Street for a report of shots fired. 

 Witnesses reported seeing two vehicles fleeing the area after shots were fired. Officers recovered ballistic evidence in the area stretching from 160-175 Freemont Street and 84 Freemont Street. 

Police observed that windows of two separate apartments on Freemont Street were damaged by gunshots.
