Worcester Pride announced it's board of directors for 2016. The board is as follows:

Peter Bacchiocchi, President
Deborah Drew, Vice President
Michael Johnson, Treasurer
Gregory Gustafson, Secretary
Ted Goulet, Member at Large

2016 Events

Worcester Pride's first two events of 2016 begin with a spaghetti dinner on February 13th from 4-7 p.m. at the 1st Unitarian Church, 90 Main Street in Worcester. The cost of the dinner is $10 for adults, $5 for children under age 12.

The second event is the annual "farewell February" to kick off the Worcester Pride 2016 event calendar.

The 3rd annual fund raising event will feature a tropical theme to help bid farewell to winter. During that event, Worcester Pride's theme and logo for 2016 will be announced.

Worcester Pride

Worcester Pride holds a monthly business meeting on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at 35 Harvard Street in Worcester. They also hold a monthly "Team Pride" meeting on the third Tuesday of every month at Wycked Java, located at 108 Water Street. That meeting is also at 6:30 p.m.

"Team Pride" meetings will have attendees break down into smaller working groups to focus on the areas of public relations & social media, fund raising, pride week events, social justice and outreach and youth.

The meetings are open for anyone to attend.
