WPD Arrest Four During Heroin Distribution Investigation

On Monday, Worcester Police Vice Squad arrested four individuals as part of an investigation into the distribution of heroin. WPD interrupted a drug transaction between two occupants of a Ford Taurus and one occupant in a Jeep Cherokee in the parking lot of Honey Farms on Lincoln Street.

The buyer and occupant of the Jeep was identified as 21-year-old Jesse Foisy of Dudley, who was found to be in possession of nine bags of heroin.

The occupants of the Taurus, or the dealers, were 28-year-old Luke Walczak of Worcester and 25-year-old Emily Belton of Worcester. Mr. Walczak was in possession of $284 cash. Ms. Belton was in possession of 5 grams of heroin.

According to WPD, "based on this investigation, police received a search warrant for Mr. Walczak’s residence located at 35 Eastern Ave. Inside the apartment officers located one of the occupants, identified as 48-year-old Kerri Tobin. As a result of the search, officers recovered: a total of 50 grams of heroin and $2384 cash."

Emily Belton, 25 of 125 S Ludlow Street, Worcester was charged with Possession of Class A with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of Class A Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.

Jesse Foisy, 21, of 11 Glendale Drive, Dudley, was charged with Possession of Class A Substance, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.

Luke Walczak, 28, of 35 Eastern Avenue, Apartment 2, Worcester was charged with Possession of Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of Class A Substance, Trafficking in Heroin (28-99 Grams) Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.

Kerri Tobin, 48, 35 Eastern Avenue, Apartment 2, Worcester was charged with Trafficking in Heroin, 28-99 Grams and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.
