WPD Arrest Man in Pajamas for Waving Replica Gun During Parking Dispute

WPD ordered Gagnon out of his vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, a replica silver revolver in a holster was found in the center console. The weapon was a pellet gun.
Officers met with the victim and found that the victim parked in a spot that Gagnon had wanted and Gagnon began waving the fake revolver. The victim called the police due to the threat.
Gagnon was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (replica firearm) and was transported to police headquarters for processing. Gagnon was arraigned Friday morning at Worcester County District Courthouse.
