Focusing on a strong "Cradle to Career" public education system, including universal pre-kindergarten for all children in Massachusetts, making community colleges affordable for everyone by instituting a need-based financial aid policy, and better aligning the Commonwealth's public higher education system with businesses to prepare workers for the jobs of the 21st century.

Continuing to invest in the Commonwealth's roads, bridges and public transit to support economic growth and maintain public safety.

Investing $500 million over 10 years in a regional economic development strategy designed to spur regional development and support good-paying jobs in every part of the state.
