GOP Candidate for Governor Charlie Baker urged the interim Commissioner of the Department of Children and Families to consider the series of proposals that Baker had previously offered in January to "address the systemic failures plaguing the agency." 

Baker's proposal called for six action items, including a regional analysis of DCF's operations and an audit of the relationships between local police, schools and the nearest DCF office.
