slides: DESIGN LINE: 10 Great Table Lamps

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

I’m a big believer in layering interiors. Texture, shape, materials and color can all add up to a multi-dimensional interior space that feels more interesting and more comfortable. Lamps are a great way to add interest, so I’m going to share ten sensational table lamps to help kick your space up a notch.

Kelly Taylor has 15 plus years of experience in the field of interior design. She is the 2012 recipient of New England Home magazine’s “5 Under 40” award for excellence in design as well as Rhode Island Monthly magazine’s 2012 Gold Award for residential interior design. She practices residential and commercial interior design in Providence, Rhode Island. No doubt that brass is making a come back. I still prefer the antiqued look. This lamp is classic. With a burnished brass shade, a simple stem and base, this lamp is the ideal library or den accessory.
