Bravehearts Add 7 Massachusetts Players to 2016 Roster

All seven players have ties to the Worcester area.
The Players are:
John Friday from Worcester Academy and Marlborough, Mass.
Friday is a sophomore and hit .265 for Franklin Pierce in 23 games last season.
Nick Barry from Worcester Academy and Grafton, Mass.
Barry is a sophomore catcher at UMass Lowell who started in 17 games in his freshman season.
Danny Barlock is from St. John's HS and Shrewsbury Massachusetts.
Barlock is a freshman pitcher at Holy Cross.
Pat McGowan is from St. Sebastian's High School and Wellesley Mass.
McGowan pitched three years at St. Sebastian's and served as team captain. He is now a freshman at Holy Cross.
Tom Horstkotte is from St. John's high school and Milford, Mass.
Horstkotte is a sophomore at Assumption College where he had an ERA of 3.09 in 112 innings pitched.
Brady Furdon is from Natick High School and Natick, Mass.
Furdon is a sophomore at Wheaton College where he posted a a 6-2 record and a 3.67 ERA.
Ryan Ward is at Millbury, High School and will be heading to Bryant University in the fall.
Worcester Bravehearts
The Worcester Bravehearts baseball team is owned and operated by the Creedon family, who also own and operate Creedon and Co., Inc.
The Bravehearts won the FCBL Championship in 2014 and 2015. In 2014, they were also voted FCBL Organization of the Year and their General Manager, Dave Peterson, was voted Executive of the Year.
