Grandison finished the game with nine points on 3 of 6 shooting from three in the game.
Holy Cross shot 40% from three overall in the game.
The win improves the Crusaders to 5-13 overall and 2-5 in the Patriot League.
Holy Cross Wins it in Final Minutes
Holy Cross trailed Army 64-62 with under two minutes to play in the game before Grandison knocked down back-to-back three-pointers to give the Crusaders a 68-64 with 38.2 seconds left.
The Black Knights cut the Crusaders lead to 68-66 with under 20 seconds left before Holy Cross’ senior guard Patrick Benzan knocked down two free throws with 18.9 seconds left to seal the win.
The Crusaders were led by Jehyve Floyd, who poured in 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds and four blocked shots.
Next Up
Holy Cross returns to action on Saturday, January 20 when they visit Bucknell.
Game time is set for 12 p.m.
