Last season, Floyd was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, and selected to the All-Patriot League third team, the Patriot League All-Defensive team and the Patriot League All-Tournament team.

He averaged 12.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.2 blocked shots per game in 2017-2018, while connecting on 66.8 percent of his field goal attempts (165 of 247).

Over the course of his career with the Crusaders, Floyd has now totaled 531 points, 269 rebounds and 113 blocked shots with a .645 field goal percentage (233 of 361).
