Holy Cross Football Rolls Morgan State 51-24 in Season Opener

Crusaders' quarterback Peter Pujals accounted for 307 total yards and three touchdowns while running back Diquan Walker rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns.
The Game
The Crusaders trailed 17-14 halfway through the second quarter before the Holy Cross defense forced a safety and then the offense followed that up with a touchdown on a three yard run by Walker
On the next offensive possession, Pujals hit Teddy Capsis on a three yard pass to put Holy Cross up 30-17 at half time.
In the third, the Crusaders added to their lead, starting with a 12 yard run by Gabe Guild to put Holy Cross up 37-17. Pujals then threw a 12 yard touchdown pass to Lucas Nikoaisen and Holy Cross went up 44-17.
Walker ended the scoring in the 4th with a 61 yard touchdown run.
Next up
The Crusaders return to action on September 10 when they visit New Hampshire.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
