Holy Cross - Navy Game Moved to 12:05 p.m. Due to Snow

The Holy Cross Crusaders men's basketball game against Navy on Saturday, January 24 has been changed to a 12:05 start time due to the expected snow storm.
The Crusaders come into the game looking to build on a big win over Lafayette that got Holy Cross to 2-5 in conference play.
Navy comes in at 7-12 overall and 3-4 in conference play.
The Crusader's men's ice hockey game against Robert Morris will remain at 3 p.m.

The Holy Cross Crusaders (7-10, 2-5 PL) defeated the (11-7, 3-4 PL) Lafayette Leopards 74-73 on Wednesday night at the Hart Center.

Malachi Alexander
Malachi Alexander led the Crusaders with 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field.
Alexander also grabbed four rebounds, had one assist and one blocked shot in 28 minutes of play time.
Solid performance from Alexander.

Bench production
Holy Cross got terrific production from their bench in this game, outscoing the Lafayette bench 28-14.
Mitchell Hahn played 23 minutes, more then any other Holy Cross bench player, and netted six points. Hahn was one of three Holy Cross players to have six points in the game.
Hahn also added four rebounds and two assists.

Malcolm Miller
Malcolm Miller didn't take a whole lot of shots in the game, but when he did shoot, he was very effective.
Miller netted 13 points on five of seven shooting from the field, including three of three from beyond the arc.
Miller also grabbed three rebounds and had one block and one steal in the Crusaders win.

Holy Cross shot 49% percent from the field against Lafayette which is by far the highest they have shot from the field in almost a month.
One reason they were able to get their shooting percentage up was because the Crusaders attacked the paint. Holy Cross had 36 points in the paint, outscoring Lafayette in that category 36-16.
Lafayette shot 51% from the field.

Justin Burrell
Trailing 73-72 with 22 seconds left in the game, Justin Burrell received the inbounds pass from under his own basket and pushed it up the floor.
When the Crusaders got nothing out of their set, Burrell called his own number and drove to the basket and got himself a lay-up with 6.8 seconds left in the game to give Holy Cross the win.
Burrell nette seven points, ten assists and two rebounds in the game, with no turnovers.
