The Power Pack is back and full of shake-ups! This week saw a top-two team fall to an unranked team, an unbeaten team fall for the first time and movement in the top three of the rankings. Find out who is rising, who is falling and where your team ranks in this week's Power Pack.

10. Worcester South

Record: 8-5, 2-1

Points Per Game: 56.2 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 56.5 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Kasheen Cunningham - 21.2 PPG

South has hit a rough patch as they have dropped each of their previous two games, albeit against (1)St. Peter-Marian and (3)St. John's. Their offensive output has become somewhat stagnant outside of Kasheen Cunningham's 21.2 points per game, allowing opponents to outscore them on average.

The Colonels do not catch any breaks as they face (2)Wachusett on Monday night in a big matchup of Power Pack teams.

9. Sutton

Record: 13-1, 7-0

Points Per Game: 53.0 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 42.5 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Gordy Smythe & Richard Harrington - 11.9 PPG

Sutton takes a big tumble after Burncoat took away their undefeated status last week. They still boast the third best scoring defense in Central Mass at just over 42 points allowed per game. If the Sammies want to move up the rankings they will need to run the table, and get some help as they play a pretty weak schedule.

8. Clinton

Record: 12-2, 7-0

Points Per Game: 75.5 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 55.1 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Brendan Kittredge - 18.9 PPG

The Gaels boast the top scoring offense in Central Mass and it has them at the eight spot in the Power Pack. Brendan Kittredge leads a quartet of players in double figures, showing that sometimes a balanced attack is the best attack.

7. Doherty

Record: 8-5, 4-1

Points Per Game: 57.1 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 52.2 Points Per Game

Youssef Fodaile - 15.7 PPG

Doherty is back in the Power Pack after a few weeks outside the top-10 following a huge 59-54 upset victory over then second-ranked St. John's. Mitch Celaj dominated that game with 20 points, including the final bucket for Doherty and has started to come into his own. With Celaj and Youssef Fodaile leading the way, this could be a very dangerous Highlanders team.

6. Quaboag

Record: 14-0, 13-0

Points Per Game: 59.9 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 40.4 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Jake Wisniewski - 21.9 PPG

The Cougars defense continues to dominate as they maintain an unbeaten record and move up the the six spot in the Power Pack. Jake Wisniewski is the third leading scorer in Central Mass, scoring only 19 points less than his team allows a night.

5. Leominster

Record: 11-4, 7-2

Points Per Game: 58.7 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 50.0 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Derek Franks - 12.7 PPG

The Blue Devils have not been the best team in Central Mass, but they might be the most consistent. Led by a balanced scoring attack and a strong defense, Leominster continues to find themselves in the top-five.

They welcome (2)Wachusett to Leominster this week in a huge battle of top-five Power Pack teams, which could decide their fate over the rest of the season.

4. Fitchburg

Record: 12-3, 6-2

Points Per Game: 61.3 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 51.3 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Jose Hernandez - 12.7 PPG

The Red Raiders continue to hover just outside the top-three in the Power Pack. Although they fell to then third-ranked Wachusett last week, they have still played very well in recent weeks and will have a chance to make a big jump in the Power Pack as they finish their season with back-to-back road games at (7)Doherty and (3)St. John's.

3. St. John's

Record: 13-3, 4-1

Points Per Game: 67.5 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 48.4 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Alex Fisher - 11.0 PPG

For the first time this season the Pioneers find themselves outside of the top-two in the Power Pack. Their stunning loss to Doherty last week has them drop to number three, but they will get a chance at redemption as they will welcome the Highlanders to Shrewsbury this Friday.

2. Wachusett

Record: 11-2, 7-1

Points Per Game: 59.2 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 51.4 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Tyler Dion - 17.0 PPG

The Mountaineers have slowly chipped away at the rankings and now find themselves at the two spot fresh off a win over then third-ranked Fitchburg. Tyler Dion and Justin Bowker continue to be the best one-two punch in Central Mass, dominating opponents nightly.

Wachusett does, however, face a brutal schedule to finish the season ask they face (10)Worcester South, (5)Leominster, Xaverian, (7)Doherty and (3)St. John's in their next five games. This critical stretch could make the Mountaineers the top team in the Power Pack, or doom their rankings future.

1. St. Peter-Marian

Record: 9-5, 4-2

Points Per Game: 66.9 Points Per Game

Points Allowed Per Game: 56.4 Points Per Game

Leading Scorer: Makai Ashton-Langford - 16.8 PPG

The Guardians maintain their top ranking in the Power Pack this week. After an extremely tough stretch in the middle of the season, St. Peter-Marian has an extremely easy schedule to finish the year and should run the table.
