Message: From GoLocalWorcester by Michelle Johnstone, GoLocalWorcester Contributor: January is in full swing and with it comes a tough time of year for many people. The holidays are over, and all that is left is the stress of paying for all of those gifts and losing the weight you put on with all those holiday treats. To make things worse, the temperatures are dropping and many of your favorite activities may be off limits. If you are not a snow bug, it can be difficult to find a way to stay active during the coldest winter months. One of the best ways to get stress-free and stay active all year long is yoga. Yoga is a refreshing alternative to the same old gym routine and will have you feeling better about yourself—inside and out—in no time. The Central Mass area is home to a bounty of yoga studios, with classes for ages 1-100 and skill levels from beginner to advanced. Check out ten of our favorites and try out one that looks right for you! http://www.golocalworcester.com/lifestyle/getting-out-best-places-for-yoga-more
