Thoughts for Keeping Your Better Living Challenge Going
If you achieved the goal you set for yourself during the challenge, Yay you. If you’re not quite there yet, don’t give up. We are all a work in progress and some things just take more time. Re-align yourself with your goal and give yourself another 4 weeks to get achieve it.
Many of you told me you had identified several goals during the assessment. Pat Paolino Cruz thought she could use help in all of the categories we discussed. Let’s say you identified time management as your number one goal. If the 8 week model worked for you, and you came away with a better system for managing your time, now would be the perfect opportunity to revisit your assessment and choose what ranked second. Get a friend to commit with you. Accountability was what made the challenge successful for me and for many of you. Sharing your successes or struggles can be helpful on a number of levels. First that pat on the back that we all need on occasion is readily available. Second when you need some inspiration to keep going, you know who to call or message.
Living better takes a concerted effort. It’s easy to fall into patterns and routines that don’t serve us or support where we really want to be. Take the time to identify what would really make your life better, visit the 8 Weeks to Better Living Challenge page on Facebook and let us help and support you. We’ll be there.
