In less than two years, Curt Schilling's gaming company got recruited from Massachusetts to RI. First, RI's Governor went to a party and met a former baseball player, gave him $75 million in state funding and the company has nearly gone out of business - follow the timeline. Don Carcieri thought Curt Schilling's gaming company, 38 Studios, was the smart way to turnaround Rhode Island's terrible economy, but just over a year after 38 Studios moved into their Providence offices - they can't meet payroll and initially bounce a key payment.
