slides: DESIGN LINE: Picking Your Perfect Kitchen Counter

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

In the last DESIGN LINE, I shared my thoughts on the basics of cabinetry, so I thought it fitting to follow up with another material in the kitchen: counters. Specifically, light and dark counters, since those seem to be where we find our designs 90% of the time. There are a lot of factors that drive a decision about which counter to choose: aesthetics, durability, maintenance, etc. We all have different needs and expectations, and my job as a designer is always to listen to my clients to help them make the best decision for them. Hopefully this information will help you make the best decision for you.
