The 16-room mansion, called High Watch, comes with more than 5 waterfront acres and was listed for $24 million, according to its listing with Seaboard Properties in Stonington, Connecticut.
Check out the details of T's new mansion:
First Floor: A vaulted ceiling Entrance Hall (12x27) opens to a grand scale Living Room (24x32) outfitted with white oak hardwood floors, crown moldings, a large fireplace, and a full height window wall—including two sets of double doors leading to the terrace—that reveal expansive ocean vistas stretching from Block Island to Montauk Point. Immediately south of the living room is a spacious Parlor (20x36) that also overlooks the terrace and ocean and adjoins a spectacular Sunroom (21x45) that is decorated with handsome paneled walls accented with fluted columns, and a wall of floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic water views of the ocean, harbor, Fishers Island Sound and the historic Watch Hill Lighthouse.
On the north side of the living room a hallway leads to a spacious fully equipped Kitchen (17x24) with extensive wood paneled cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigerator, electric range, double ovens, warming tray and wine cooler. Adjoining the north side of the kitchen is a bright and cheerful Sitting Room (14x24) with a marble fireplace and sliding glass doors that open to a large veranda which enjoys beautiful vistas up and down the entire length of East Beach. On the other side of the kitchen is a wonderful octagonal Dining Room (17x17) with oak floors, handsome crown moldings, china closets, and three sets of French doors that open to the terrace.
Also on this floor, on the north side of the residence is a handsome Library (15x20) which features crown moldings, built in bookshelves and a fireplace with a decorative wooden mantel, along with a Guest Bedroom (13x17) with an adjoining full bath.
Second Floor: The Master Suite (18x24) enjoys beautiful ocean views, and is outfitted with hardwood floors, a marble fireplace surrounded by a handsome wooden mantel, and two en suite full baths (one with a whirlpool tub). Adjoining the master suite is a sitting room/guest bedroom with an adjoining full bath. The balance of the floor is occupied by four additional Guest Bedrooms (20x18, 14x20, 15x21 & 12x17) all of which are equipped with en suite full baths, and two of which include a fireplace. THIRD FLOOR: A stairway leads to a large cathedral ceiling central Sitting Room/Guest Bedrooms (20x32) which enjoys fantastic top of the world ocean views and offers a wet bar, a large fireplace, hardwood floors and a staircase leading to a large widow’s walk/roof terrace. Adjoining both the north and south side of the sitting room are two large Guest Suites (16x32 & 14x32) each equipped with its own full bath, walk-in closet and private oceanside balcony. Attic/storage space is accessed from the north guest suite.
Ground Level: An entry hall leads to a fully equipped Service Kitchen (14x16) which adjoins a large Family/Game Room (18x38). This room is furnished with a wet bar, a large fireplace, hardwood floors, an adjoining full bath and sliding glass doors that open to a large outdoor deck overlooking the grounds and the white sandy beach. The furnace room is also on this level.
Lower Level: This floor includes an extra large five car heated garage, a heated workshop, a sprinkler room and a half bath.
