Beloved Best-Selling Authors to Unite For a Cause in East Greenwich

Tuesday, September 21, 2010

Famed authors Jane Green (Promises to Keep), Randy Susan Meyers (The Murderer’s Daughters) and Rhode Island’s own Ann Hood (The Red Thread), will be appearing and reading at ZuZu’s Petals in East Greenwich next Wednesday, September 29th at 7pm. The evening has been organized by Robin Kall, creator and host of Reading with Robin, a radio talk show devoted to “authors, readers, and their favorite–and not so favorite–books.” Friends & ‘Fun’Raising, as the night has been dubbed, is a kick-off fund-raising event for the ACS Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

The trio of beloved wordsmiths will each speak and host a question and answer session (books will be sold at a discount to benefit the Walk). Dessert will be served, door prizes will be awarded and though space is still available, reservations are suggested. Email [email protected] to make a reservation.
