For all of you that are partway through your semester, struggling with midterms, take a break and check out a few of these college favorite spots around Worcester. Whether it's for coffee, frozen yogurt, or a beer, this list is a compilation of favorite student places with delicious foods and drinks that wonít bust your wallet and youíll want to go back to time and time again.

Wings Over Worcester
1 Kelley Sq., Worcester
One of the most popular delivery joints in Worcester, Wings offers the largest variety of flavors for boned and boneless chicken wings. They also serve a large variety of finger licking food from ribs to waffle fries, so if you're feeling like eating in and eating something saucy, call up Wings Over and place an order.

Boston Donuts
338 Park Ave, Worcester
If you go in there everyday, you'll see that it is definitely a college fan favorite as a line of college students goes out the door. Boston Donuts makes the most delicious and interesting flavors of iced coffee out there, and they switch up their seasonal flavors constantly. Also they have a great selection of muffins, donuts, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. Plus, you canít beat the price, seeing as you can get a large iced coffee, the size of your head, for about $2.50.

Gold Star Restaurant
68 W Boylston Dr., Worcester
If you are seeking out some Saturday morning hangover food, as most college students are, then Gold Star is the place for you. Set up as a traditional breakfast diner, Gold Star serves the most delicious breakfast food, and their prices are unbelievably cheap. You can walk in with just a ten dollar bill and walk out with a full and content stomach.

Wooberry
141 Highland St., Worcester
Seeking out something to soothe your sweet tooth? Wooberry has a variety of changing flavors and toppings. Wooberry is located in a college friendly area and has a fun, comfortable atmosphere, where prices are reasonably cheap for a heaping bowl of frozen yogurt. The other nice thing about Wooberry is it accepts campus cards from some Worcester area colleges.

Spiritual Haze
482 Park Ave., Worcester
If you're really looking to chill out from midterms, this is the place to go. Spiritual Haze is one of few hookah bars located in Worcester. They have a variety of choices and flavors of hookah. Spiritual Haze is decked out with blacklights and neon painted walls and has a great college-friendly atmosphere. Going here also gives you a chance to meet students from other colleges in the area, as it is a college student watering hole.

Jose Murphy's
97 Water St., Worcester
This is a great bar, especially toward the weekends and tends to be very popular. They also serve some pretty delicious food, and you cannot beat the ten cent tacos found on Sundays and Mondays. They also make great margaritas and have $20 dollar pitchers of margaritas that leave the whole group refreshed. Jose Murphys is located on a great street with a lot of other bars and restaurants to check out for college kids.

Nu Cafe
335 Chandler St., Worcester
Nu Cafe has an amazing atmosphere and is a great place to bring the workload and write out some papers. Their menu variety is great, and they serve some delicious coffees, smoothies, and other frozen drinks. Their sandwiches and wraps are also really fresh and tasty. Nu CafÈ gives a good study break or a good place to do some studying.

Leitrims
265 Park Ave., Worcester
We felt obliged to include the classic college bar of Worcester. From Thursday to Saturday you will find Leitrims packed with college students. The drink prices are by far the draw to Leits, because most drinks are found to be cheaper than five bucks. So, if youíre looking for a place to start out or end your night, this is the bar for you.

Jillian's
315 Grove St., Worcester
Whether you're over 21 or under, Jillian's provides a fun night out. Equipped with an endless area of billiards tables and arcade games, relive your childhood a little bit when you swing by Jillian's. They also serve great drinks and the service is very friendly. They also have a lot of different events and functions going on throughout the week.
