Artists, non-profit organizations, schools and educators looking for grant dollars from the RI State Council on the Arts (RISCA) must submit applications by Friday, October 1. RISCA grants support programs and projects that engage Rhode Islanders in arts learning, arts participation, arts experiences and appreciation of the arts in three distinct categories: education, individuals and organizations.
