Tower Hill Botanic Garden to Host Annual Rose Show

The show will take place on Sunday, June 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Savor the colors and fragrances of the 'Queen of Flowers.' This show is presented by the New England Rose Society and will feature cut rose blooms from society members. Though Tower Hill has some rose plants in the Winter Garden, we do not have a formal rose garden,” writes Tower Hill on their website.
The Show
The show is presented by the New England Rose Society and is an indoor exhibit.
The Rose sale goes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., there will be a question and answer session with Dave Cannistraro that is open to the public.

Waterfire

Waterfire is back for the summer and it's an event and experience that must be had.
As GoLocalProv reported, WaterFire will begin the 2019 season with a basin lighting on Thursday, May 23 or the National Association of State Treasurers Treasury Management Training Symposium and the first full lighting of the season will be Saturday, June 22.
Waterfire is Providence's signature event bringing in people from all over New England and the country to see it.
A great night out for families and couples alike.
