Ohio Voters to Consider Legalization of Marijuana, Should MA Be Next?

Voters in Ohio will have the opportunity to cast their vote for or against the legalization of recreational marijuana on today.

If voters pass the ballot measure legalizing marijuana, Ohio would become not just the fifth state to legalize recreational cannabis, joining Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Colorado, but the largest state yet to do so.
