Saturday, March 07, 2015

Peter DeLeo

The Worcster Police Department apprehended a man on the Massachusetts Most Wanted list on Thursday evening. According to a statement from the WPD, the man was identified as Peter DeLeo, 34-years-old of Uxbridge.

DeLeo had numerous outstanding warrants for Breaking and Entering, 3 Counts of Larceny over the Value of $250.00, Receiving Stolen Property and Malicious Destruction of Property.

Two Worcester police officers arrested DeLeo at Union Station after record checks showed his outstanding warrant. DeLeo was with three other males that were ordered to exit the building. The officers were questioning the males initially due to their congregating in an area obscure from public view that is known to police as an area where trespassers gather.

Mr. DeLeo was put on the Mass. Most Wanted list, along with a female accomplice, from an incident that occured in Uxbridge on February 15, 2015.

Mr. DeLeo was held overnight at WPD headquarters and transported to the Worcester County District Courthouse on Friday morning.

On February 28, DeLeo's female accomplice was arrested by the Uxbridge Police Department.
