NEW: Marlborough GOP to Host Summer Social August 1st

The Marlborough Republican City Committee announced they will host their 2013 Summer Social at Welly's Restaurant, 153 Main Street, this Thursday, August 1st, from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Featured guest speakers include 2010 Republican Gubernatorial Nominee Charlie Baker and 2010 Republican Treasurer Nominee Karyn Polito.

"We are very excited to have both Charlie Baker and Karyn Polito as our featured speakers at our summer social. They will join our own local Republican elected officials, and Republicans from across the City of Marlborough for a fun, causal event, with good food, and good company." stated Marlborough Republican Chairman Paul R. Ferro. Ferro continued "This event will give Marlborough Republican voters from across our city an opportunity to meet their fellow Marlborough Republicans, and learn about the work of Marlborough's Republican City Committee."

The free event is open to all Republican voters in the city of Marlborough. Residents can also contact, or donate to, the Marlborough Republican City Committee via its website at www.MarlboroughGOP.com.

The Marlborough Republican City Committee works to elect Republican Party candidates for public office at the federal, state and local levels in Marlborough and beyond. Membership is open to any registered Republican voter residing within the city of Marlborough.
